Yes, we conduct National Background checks on all Caregivers to ensure safety of you and your loved ones.


Yes, we offer 24/7 home care services in 2 different ways.  We can provide continuous hourly 24 hour care that is typically broken up into 8 or 12 hour shifts that is charged hourly when constant care and observation is required.  We can also provide what is termed live-in care that is charged by daily rate.  For live-in care the caregiver requires a place to sleep and ability o sleep a defined amount of time.  Our Care Coordinator will make a decision on suitability of live-in care based on consultation and this may be reviewed as needed during care.


Yes, we have many clients that reside in various types of facilities and we can provide the same type of care that would be provided in a typical residence, with some exceptions that depend on the individual facility.


We accept private pay options including ACH/EFT or credit card payments.  In addition, we accept Veterans (VA) H/HA - Aid & Attendance as well as Medicaid Pathways & Health and Wellness Waivers.


No, we do not require clients/responsible parties to sign a contract for a minimum number of hours per week.  We do require a minimum of 4 hours per visit to ensure ability to provide quality and consistent staffing.
