Discussing end-of-life care can be uncomfortable, but it is a reality many families face. We recognize that when a loved one is facing a limited life expectancy, they often wish to spend that challenging time surrounded by family in the comfort of their own home. We Are Family Home Care is here to provide in-home care services alongside family and Hospice providers, assisting in any way we can.

With time being so precious, our Caregivers are dedicated to supporting the individual who is ill and their family, offering emotional support, managing homemaker tasks, and addressing personal care needs. This ensures that the person and their family can focus solely on each other during this significant time.

Our services include:

- Fellowship/companionship

- Light housekeeping

- Meal preparation

- Laundry

- Bathing, dressing, hygiene, grooming, and toileting assistance if necessary

- And more, as needed... Just ask!

Additionally, we continue to support family members after the passing of their loved one. Everyone has their own way of grieving, and it can vary among family members. Our Caregivers can help families gather and organize their loved one's personal belongings, allowing them to cope with and process their loss. Organizing personal items can be a daunting task, especially when families need to grieve and make difficult decisions. Let us assist, even if it’s simply to offer a listening ear.
